Key Responsibilities

Product Costing & Controlling

- Configure and support SAP CO-PC processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Design and implement:
- Product Cost Planning
- Standard Costing
- Cost Estimate Creation
- Cost Component Structures
- Costing Variants
- Cost Object Controlling
- Work in Process (WIP)
- Variance Calculation
- Settlement Processes
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to Product Costing.

Material Ledger & Actual Costing

- Configure and support Material Ledger functionality.
- Implement Actual Costing and inventory valuation processes.
- Analyze price differences and execute periodic actual costing runs.
- Support multi-currency and multi-valuation scenarios.

Business Process Analysis

- Gather business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Fiori, and integration teams.
- Conduct solution design workshops and business process mapping.

Integration

- Work closely with:
- FI (Financial Accounting)
- MM (Materials Management)
- PP (Production Planning)
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- COPA (Profitability Analysis)




- Ensure seamless integration across manufacturing and finance processes.

Testing & Support

- Prepare and execute:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support data migration activities.
- Provide production support and resolve critical incidents.
- Train end users and prepare process documentation.

SAP S/4HANA Expertise

- Experience in at least 2–3 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA simplifications and innovations in Product Costing.
- Understanding of Fiori Apps related to Product Costing and Controlling.

Technical Understanding

- Ability to review Functional Specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
- Knowledge of SAP tables, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and data migration tools.
