Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer role is a full time, on-site position based at Acent India Technoart Pvt Ltd in Gurugram. The trainer will design and deliver structured digital marketing lessons, including topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom sessions, demonstrating digital tools and platforms, and assessing learner progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations. The trainer will mentor learners, provide feedback, and support them in building portfolios and job readiness. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends,



collaborating with the training team to enhance course content, and occasionally participating in marketing or outreach activities related to the institute's programs.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with practical experience in planning and executing digital campaigns across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to design curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and guide learners of varied backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess Sales awareness, with the ability to understand market needs and align training content with industry expectations.
- Candidates should ideally have hands-on experience in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads platforms, social media management tools) and current industry practices.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage batches and schedules, and maintain a professional, inclusive classroom environment.
