Role Description The Production Head Grinding is a full-time, on-site role based at Agrasen Engineering's manufacturing facility in Jaipur. This position oversees all grinding operations for bearing rings and precision auto components, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling grinding activities, monitoring machine performance, optimizing process parameters, and resolving technical issues on the shop floor. The role also involves coordinating with maintenance, quality, and production teams, supervising and training grinding operators,



implementing process improvements, and maintaining documentation related to production, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in grinding operations, process optimization, and production planning within a precision manufacturing or automotive components environment.
- Hands-on experience with CNC and conventional grinding machines, tooling selection, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
- Sound understanding of quality standards, ISO/TS 16949 requirements, and inspection techniques for bearing rings and machined components.
- Skills in team leadership, shift management, workforce training, and performance monitoring on the shop floor.
- Ability to analyze production data, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement lean manufacturing or similar methodologies.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, workplace ergonomics, and compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in auto component or bearing manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with readiness to work in an on-site, factory-based setting in Jaipur.
