About the role

We are hiring our first Revenue Operations Manager to own the engine behind our go-to-market. You will build and run the systems, data, and process that let our sales and success teams sell faster and see clearly. This is a build-it-from-the-ground-up seat, not a keep-the-lights-on one.

What you will own

- CRM and pipeline hygiene end to end (we run on GoHighLevel): clean data, clear stages, zero leakage

- Pipeline and funnel reporting and dashboards, pulling from PostHog (product usage) and Stripe (revenue)

- Forecasting and revenue reporting the founders can trust

- Commission and incentive tracking for the sales team

- Lead routing and sales enablement: the right lead to the right rep,



fast

- The operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews and data that drives decisions

What we are looking for

- 4-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops in B2B SaaS (US-facing a strong plus)

- Hands-on CRM admin (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce): you configure it yourself

- Strong with data and reporting; comfort with product analytics (PostHog), billing (Stripe), and SQL/sheets is a plus

- You have built process where none existed, and can coach juniors as we scale

- You own outcomes in a fast, high-bar environment. From day one, nobody coasts here

Hours and location

Remote. You must overlap US Eastern hours (evening into night IST).

Hiring process

Intro call, then a short practical exercise on a real RevOps problem, then a conversation with the founders. We move quickly.
