About the Job

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, and HR administration while ensuring a smooth employee experience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction sessions, and maintain complete employee documentation.
- Manage attendance records, leave approvals, and employee data with accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain MIS, and update employee records regularly.
- Support payroll inputs and assist with HR compliance documentation.




- Organise employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and improve HR processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, leave administration, and employee engagement.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools is preferred.
