- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.-
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.-
- Manage customer accounts and provide end-to-end account servicing.-
- Create, update, and maintain property listings on the platform.-
- Track and manage lead activities through the CRM.-
- Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.-
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt support and effective communication.
Requirements-
- Graduate in any discipline.-
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Customer Success, Account Servicing, or CRM.-
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.-
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.-
Customer-focused with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience in Real Estate, BPO, Customer Support, or Tech Operations.
