Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
- Customize and configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, and middleware
- Perform data migration, data modeling, and transformation activities
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; optimize performance
- Participate in full SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:





- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or ERP modules)
- C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Dataverse (Entities, Relationships, Security model)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- REST APIs, OData, FetchXML
- Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
- SQL Server, SSRS / Power BI
- Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Agile and SDLC methodologies

Experience & Qualifications:

- 7- 13 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customization
- Strong experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
- Hands-on experience in implementation or support projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
- Experience working with global teams (preferred)
