We are looking for an experienced Busbar Fitter – Panel Manufacturing to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in busbar fabrication, fitting, and panel assembly activities.

Job Title: Busbar Fitter – Panel Manufacturing

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 4 – 8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Fabricate, bend, drill, and fit copper and aluminum busbars as per design specifications.
- Assemble and install busbar arrangements inside LT/HT electrical panels.
- Read and interpret busbar drawings and technical dimensions accurately.
- Ensure proper insulation, alignment, spacing, and fastening of busbars.
- Use measuring instruments and fitting tools effectively during fabrication work.
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with production and assembly teams for smooth workflow.
- Support inspection and testing activities related to busbar assemblies.

Required Skills:





- Hands-on experience in busbar fabrication and panel assembly.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments, cutting tools, and fitting equipment.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Experience working with copper and aluminum busbars.
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Fitter, or related trade preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing industry is preferred.
