Job Title: Logistics Supervisor – Dispatch Operations

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary

Salad Days is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee dispatch operations from the Central Fulfilment Centre (CFC). The role involves managing daily dispatch activities, ensuring timely deliveries to cloud kitchens and B2B clients, supervising logistics teams, and maintaining ERP/process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment for stores and B2B customers.
- Supervise dispatch executives, loaders, and drivers.
- Coordinate vehicle loading, route planning, and dispatch scheduling.
- Maintain accurate ERP records and dispatch documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, production, and operations teams.




- Monitor dispatch KPIs, order accuracy, and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, FIFO, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, FMCG, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations.
- Experience in B2B dispatch operations preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
- Solid leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.

Preferred Industry: Cloud Kitchen, Food & Beverage, FMCG, QSR Supply Chain.
