Job Title: Land Acquisition (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities
- Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners and brokers
- Conduct detailed market research to inform acquisition strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers & Owners
- Coordinate with the legal team and oversee the due diligence process
- Prepare and Track the reports on property acquisitions and market trends
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align property acquisitions with business objectives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing or acquisition
- Proven track record of successful real estate negotiations
- Strong understanding of market analysis and financial evaluation




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate software tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
