Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML, Agentic AI, and Generative AI Developer with 2 – 5 years of experience in building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development capabilities along with hands-on experience in developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or Mistral

2. Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate

3. Design and implement AI agents and workflow orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks

4. Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django

5. Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems

6. Perform prompt engineering, model optimization, and response evaluation

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven automation and intelligent solutions

8. Support deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systems on cloud platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 2+ years of software development experience

2. Robust proficiency in Python

3. Hands-on experience with:

4. LLMs and Generative AI frameworks

5. LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI

6. RAG architectures and vector databases

7. REST APIs and backend development

8. Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django

9. Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure environments

10. Understanding of Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices

11. Strong analytical, problem-solving,



and communication skills

Preferred Skills

· Exposure to AI agents, automation platforms, or workflow orchestration tools

· Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks

· Experience working on AI SaaS products or enterprise AI solutions

· Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field
