We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support our US restaurant operations from our Mohali office. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily operations across US restaurant locations.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Track sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and third-party delivery performance.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and present operational insights to leadership.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing,



and Operations teams to improve performance.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
- Self-driven, highly accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in US Night Shift.
- Experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
