Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Inventory Assistant (Fresher) to join our team at our Mahape, Navi Mumbai facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, entering data into the inventory software, updating Excel sheets, managing dispatch records, and supporting the warehouse team in ensuring accurate stock movement and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter inventory transactions into the ERP/Inventory Management Software accurately.
- Maintain daily inventory records in Microsoft Excel.
- Update dispatch details, including invoices, delivery challans, transport details, and delivery status.
- Record inward and outward stock movements.
- Verify dispatch quantities against invoices and delivery documents.
- Prepare dispatch documentation and maintain records.
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory records and stock reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and dispatch teams for timely updates.
- File and maintain inventory-related documents.
- Report stock discrepancies or data mismatches to the reporting manager.
- Assist in stock audits and physical inventory verification.




- Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of daily reports.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Data Entry, Sorting, Filtering, Basic Formulas, VLOOKUP is an added advantage).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valuable numerical aptitude.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn inventory and warehouse operations.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA) or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Knowledge

- Basic understanding of inventory, warehouse, or dispatch operations.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory software (preferred but not mandatory).
