Purpose of Job : As the Sr. QMS Engineer at Techno Control, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our quality management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or quality management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
OR

Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related role, preferably in the technology or engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all certification process, initiation and management

· Certification Project Management

· Audits for Certification (Systems and Product)

· Customer Complaint Management

· Supplier Complaint Management

· QMS Document Management and Up keeping

· Certification Training across Manpower

· Ensuring CAPA Implementation on time and as per requirement

· Observations of all Process for Production

· Document Preservation

· Lean Manufacturing Implementation

· ISO activities on regular basis

· Customer Visits Management

· Client Visits





· Manage Sample Preparation for Recent or Existing Products

· Manage Customer Complaints along with CSD

· Assist in Drawing Preparations

· Process Improvement Projects

· Worker Trainings

· Supporting the staff for quality related concerns

· Drawing Approval

· Support for Exhibitions

· Control all the Process Initiation and Modifications across the unit

· Manage Customer Documents Requirement

· Support the Purchase and Dispatch Functions on a continuous basis

Skill

· MS Office, Minitab, Autocad, Matlab, Team Management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience with quality management systems implementation and auditing.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
