About Us At Phantom Solutions, we build high-impact digital marketing campaigns and engaging social media assets that drive real results. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and help us elevate the visual content we deliver to our clients.

The Role We don’t just need someone to cut clips together—we need a visual storyteller. The ideal candidate understands pacing, audience retention, and how to use visual effects to enhance a narrative. You will be responsible for editing everything from dynamic social media reels to cinematic promotional content, taking raw footage and turning it into polished, professional assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Narrative Storytelling: Structure raw footage into compelling, cohesive narratives that hook viewers and hold their attention from the first second to the last.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging motion graphics, text animations, and visual overlays to elevate the production value of digital marketing campaigns.
- Advanced Keyframing: Utilize precise keyframing for smooth transitions, zoom effects, and dynamic element tracking within the frame.
- Color Grading & Correction:



Apply professional color grading techniques to ensure a consistent, cinematic look across all footage.
- Audio & Sound Design: Sync audio, balance levels, and add impactful sound effects and background music to complement the visual edit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure the final product aligns with client branding and project objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Software Mastery: Highly proficient in industry-standard editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with mobile-first editors like CapCut is a plus for quick social content.
- Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of motion graphics, keyframing, masking, and color scopes.
- Pacing & Timing: A deep understanding of modern editing rhythms, especially for fast-paced digital and social media platforms.
- Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating your ability in storytelling, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Attention to Detail: Clean timeline organization and the ability to manage multiple project files efficiently.
