- Handling patient queries related to infertility and health-related concerns on phone, chat, email, WhatsApp etc..
- Handling tele consultations
- Counseling patients about the various treatment options available
- Preparing the records about patient information and other information.
- Review medical reports and suggest appropriate treatments in collaboration with fertility specialists
- Preparing reports and tracking individual and team performance.
- Interacting with vendors and partners.
- Conducting various process audits and reports
- Recent initiatives and giving training to various teams
- Attending review with the reporting manager
- Managing various software to handle patient queries.
- Supporting in camps, events and other OPDs if needed
- Supporting in various marketing and knowledge sharing activities such as video recording, live online sessions, podcasts, webinars,



seminars etc.

Qualifications :

- Graduation
- Good communication skills in both English & Kannada
- Healthcare background is an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience
