Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sr. BIM Landscape Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining BIM models for landscape architecture projects. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape design principles, BIM software proficiency, and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage BIM models for landscape architecture projects.
- Collaborate with architects,



engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into overall project models.
- Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.
- Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support related to BIM.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, or a related field is Mandatory.
- Masters’s degree in landscape architecture is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is Mandatory.
- Understanding of BIM and software such as Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup most preferred.
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM environment is a plus.
