Engineer RFQ Support: Assist in reviewing incoming enquiries/RFQs and understanding customer requirements, specifications, and tender documents.

Technical Understanding: Learn to interpret drawings, BOQs, BOMs, and technical specifications for estimation purposes.

Costing Assistance: Support the preparation of cost estimates by collecting material, labor, and vendor cost information.

Vendor Coordination: Obtain quotations from suppliers and maintain records of vendor pricing and technical details.

Offer Preparation: Assist in preparing techno-commercial offers and supporting documents as per company standards.

Data Management: Maintain estimation sheets, quotation records, and tender documentation in an organized manner.

Learning Development: Develop knowledge of products, estimation techniques, tendering processes, and commercial practices through on-the-job training.

Reporting: Update enquiry status, quotation progress, and other required reports for review by senior engineers and management.

Compliance: Ensure all estimation activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements

Qualifications

- B. Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
