Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and operationally strong HR Executive with 2–3 years of direct F&B; experience to manage end-to-end HR responsibilities for our chef workforce across cloud kitchen operations. The role requires hands-on involvement in recruitment, payroll coordination, grievance management, and driving chef engagement in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Key Responsibilities

Chef Recruitment & Workforce Planning

- Manage end-to-end hiring of chefs and kitchen staff across locations.
- Coordinate trials, documentation, onboarding, and deployment.
- Ensure timely hiring closures aligned with operational expansion plans.

Payroll & HR Operations

- Manage attendance, shift coordination, overtime records, and payroll inputs for chefs.
- Ensure statutory compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain structured HRMIS and workforce data.





Grievance Handling & Discipline Management

- Act as the primary HR contact for chef-related concerns.
- Address grievances promptly while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Support performance management and corrective actions where required.

Engagement & Retention

- Drive chef engagement initiatives across kitchens.
- Work closely with operations to reduce attrition and improve morale.
- Support skill development and structured feedback mechanisms.

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of HR experience within F&B; / Hospitality / Cloud Kitchen operations.
- Strong exposure to chef / blue-collar hiring.
- Good understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
- Comfortable managing distributed workforce across multiple kitchens.
- High ownership, strong coordination skills, and ability to work in a growth-stage organization.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
