About the Role

Alphabets Digital Labs is looking for a Technical Consultant to support customer enablement, technical consulting, and engineering capability development in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). The role includes technical consulting, product demonstrations, workshops, and delivery of technical training for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical workshops and training on MBSE, SysML, and Systems Engineering.
- Develop training content, demonstrations, hands-on labs, and technical documentation.
- Support customer enablement, pre-sales, and engineering consulting activities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical SMEs to build reusable learning assets.
- Stay current with emerging MBSE, Digital Twin, AI, and Systems Engineering technologies.

Required Skills

- 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE, Engineering Design, Technical Consulting, or Technical Training.
- Strong knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML.
- Hands-on experience with CATIA Magic (No Magic), DYMOLA (Modelica), and SysML.
- Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA or other CAD tools.




- Understanding of Engineering Graphics, Product Development, and Manufacturing fundamentals.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

- Cameo Systems Modeler.
- ENOVIA or Teamcenter.
- PLM, Digital Twin, AI/ML fundamentals.
- NetVibes, SQL, SAP, MES, or ERP exposure.

Education

- Master's (M.Tech/MS) or PhD preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant MBSE experience will also be considered.

Note: Candidates must be willing to work from the Bangalore or Pune office and support global customer GEO shifts as required.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
