Atlas Logistech Enterprises is seeking an experienced Courier Operations Executive to manage day-to-day courier operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, communicate with courier partners, ensure timely dispatch and delivery, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate shipment records. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily courier and logistics operations.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Schedule pickups and ensure timely dispatch.
Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
Coordinate with courier partners and clients.
Resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain shipment records and prepare daily reports.
Support the team in achieving operational targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in courier/logistics operations.
Graduate preferred.
Good knowledge of courier and shipment processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
