Arham Management Institute is hiring Training & Placement Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Relations: Build and maintain strategic relationships with HR leaders, industry executives, and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
- Student Training: Identify skill gaps and organize workshops for aptitude, soft skills, mock interviews, and resume building.
- Placement Execution: Manage end-to-end campus drives, pre-placement talks, and recruitment processes.
- Career Counseling: Guide students through career paths and prepare them for industry expectations.
- Industry-Institute Interaction: Facilitate guest lectures, industrial visits, and corporate mentorship programs.
- Data Management: Track placement statistics, maintain employer databases,



and prepare performance reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of skilled experience in corporate relations, placements, or talent acquisition.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, networking, and public speaking abilities.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, and digital job portals.

Pay: ₹18,342.38 - ₹24,000.00 per month
