Job description:

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

- Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor in an EdTech company or educational academy.
- Strong communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record in admissions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience and interview performance)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
