Job Overview:

We are seeking a Network Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience to manage and support our network infrastructure in Mangalore, Karnataka. You will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, configuring devices, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing, switching, VPN, and firewalls.

Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain routers, switches, and other network devices. Perform regular updates.

Monitoring: Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).

Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to provide integrated support for network systems.

Security: Assist in implementing network security measures (firewalls, ACLs).

Documentation: Maintain network diagrams and incident logs.

Required Skills:

Experience: 4+ years in network support or related roles.

Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing/switching, and firewalls.

Tools: Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).

Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CompTIA Network+.

Communication: Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

We're looking for an experienced Network Support Engineer to join our client's onsite team in Whitefield, Bangalore, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities Provide onsite network support during business hours. Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure. Perform rack installation and cable testing. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and network-related issues. Support routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi environments. Coordinate with client teams to ensure smooth network operations.

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in network support

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, and Wi-Fi

Experience with rack installation and cable testing tools

CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certification is an added advantage
