Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily machine shop production activities and achieve production targets.
- Supervise CNC, VMC, drilling, tapping, and conventional machining operations.
- Plan machine loading, manpower allocation, and production schedules.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, process control, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance Team.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and OEE.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
- Reduce machine downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
- Ensure proper tooling, fixtures, and preventive maintenance.
- Train and guide operators on best machining practices.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in a machine shop,



including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and production planning.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Experience in handling machine shop manpower and production targets.
- Knowledge of quality inspection instruments and machining processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
