- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project scope and objectives.
- Offer creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual storytelling and overall impact of the videos.
- Stay up-to-date with current editing trends, techniques, and software.
- Operate and maintain professional video editing software and equipment.
- Perform color correction, sound mixing, and graphic integration as needed.
- Manage and organize large volumes of media files efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing and production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project status and potential challenges.
- Archive and back up project files appropriately.
- Edit various types of video content, including but not limited to:
- Marketing videos (social media ads, promotional content)
- Corporate videos (training, internal communications)
