About the Role Results-driven Salesforce Engineer role with a focus on designing scalable analytics solutions, intelligent dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows. The position requires a strong understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and enterprise-grade integrations. The ideal candidate will have a code-first mindset and experience embedding AI into engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable analytics solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM Analytics (CRMA)
- Develop intelligent dashboards and AI-assisted workflows with a focus on data modeling and performance optimization
- Embed AI into engineering workflows to improve delivery velocity, quality, and insights generation
- Troubleshoot OOTB dataflows and recipe failures in CRMA
- Optimize SOQL queries for performance tuning
- Integrate with Data Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and external APIs
- Develop custom dashboard templates and reusable components
- Implement data ingestion pipelines and transformation strategies
- Use Salesforce Agentforce for automation orchestration and AI-assisted development

Requirements

- Have 6–9 years of experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM Analytics (CRMA)




- Possess hands-on expertise in AI-enabled development using Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, Vibes, and Copilot tools
- Have a strong understanding of data pipelines, SAQL-driven analytics, and experience with data modeling
- Have experience with advanced SAQL (aggregations, windowing, joins, unions)
- Have experience with JSON-based bindings for dynamic dashboards
- Have experience with integration with Data Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and external APIs
- Have experience with CI/CD (SFDX, GitHub, Copado/Gearset exposure)

Good to Have

- Experience with prompt engineering for code generation, test automation, refactoring, and optimization
