Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our café team in Bandra. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café
- Ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with regular customers

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

- Latte art skills are a plus
- Knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing methods
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
