Webdecorum is looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern to support the promotion and growth of our digital solutions, including eCommerce portals, headless CMS platforms, custom applications, CRM solutions, Gati ERP, and digital advertising services.

About the work from home internship:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and businesses that may benefit from Web Decorum’s digital solutions.

• Assist with lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital marketing activities.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and client communication materials.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Assist in nurturing leads and supporting customer engagement throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and help address customer inquiries.
• Participate in training sessions to develop an understanding of Web Decorum’s products, services, and sales processes.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and new business opportunities.
• Share ideas and contribute to improving sales, marketing,



customer engagement, and lead-generation strategies.

Other requirements:

- Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, communications, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or software solutions is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfort with online collaboration tools.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, outreach activities, and CRM records effectively.
