Job Specification:-

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Executive who will serve as the on-ground brand representative of Oswaal Books at designated retail bookstores in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be a native of Ahmedabad with prior store management experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education and books.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Represent the Oswaal Books standee and brand at assigned retail stores across Ahmedabad.
- Engage with students, parents, and teachers to explain Oswaal Books' product range, features, and perks effectively.
- Drive in-store sales by proactively approaching customers and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Manage billing processes at the store counter, ensuring accurate invoicing and transaction records.
- Maintain and update sales data, stock records, and daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor inventory levels at the store and coordinate with the supply team for timely restocking.
- Ensure the Oswaal Books standee and display area is well-maintained, neat,



and visually appealing at all times.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff to ensure continued visibility and sales support..

Required skills & competency:-

- Fluent in Gujarati (native-level); working knowledge of Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and persuasive in explaining educational products to diverse customer profiles.
- Pleasant demeanor with strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – data entry & basic formulas
- Hands-on experience with billing systems or POS (Point of Sale) software.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Arts / Science / Education preferred).
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in retail sales, store management, or a related field.
- Must be a native of Ahmedabad with in-depth local market knowledge.
