Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Career Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths. This is an inside sales role where you will counsel students, understand their educational needs, and convert inquiries into enrollments through effective follow-ups and relationship building. The role requires a consultative B2C sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Manage the complete admission and sales cycle, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate lead data and sales activities in the CRM.




- Build long-term relationships with students and provide end-to-end admission support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Consistently achieve monthly enrollment, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust aptitude for inside sales, lead conversion, business development, customer relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
