Job Description: Assistant Manager - HR

About Us: TechB Energy is a renewable energy company delivering end-to-end solutions across Solar, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Power Evacuation, Transmission and Energy Consultation.

Role Overview: We're hiring an Assistant Manager - HR with 4+ years in recruitment, Payroll, Operations & Compliances management preferably in Renewable Energy, EPC, or Engineering hiring.

Hadapsar, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end recruitment, including IT and Non-IT hiring across multiple functions.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

● Source, Screen, and Shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.

● Coordinate interviews, off er rollouts, salary negotiations, onboarding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

● Maintain Attendance Records, recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

● Handle operations, payroll management, vendor management,



Employee Engagement and employee onboarding/off boarding processes.

● Ensured compliance with statutory regulations, labour laws, workmen compliance, and HR policies.

● Support employer branding, HR operations, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

● MBA / Bachelor's degree in Human Resource .

● 4+ years of experience along with leadership skills in the HR domain.

● Excellent Recruitment,administration & communications skills.

● Profi ciency in MS Offi ce, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.

● Preferable experience in the renewable energy domain.

Pay: ₹15,532.26 - ₹54,583.68 per month
