Position: Machine Operator – ITI Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for ITI Fresher candidates for Machine Operator roles in our hand tools manufacturing unit. Candidates will be responsible for operating production machines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production and machining equipment as per supervisor instructions
- Load and unload raw materials/components in machines
- Maintain production targets and quality standards
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance
- Follow safety guidelines and company rules on the shop floor
- Check finished products for defects or quality issues
- Maintain proper production records and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI Pass/Fresher candidates
- Trades Preferred: Fitter, Turner,



Machinist, Welder, Plumber, Electrician, or related trades
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Willingness to work in shifts and factory environment

Skills Required

- Basic technical knowledge
- Discipline and teamwork
- Quick learning attitude
- Physically fit for shop floor work
