Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Job Summary** Branded and NCE portfolio Management of the branded portfolio from IP perspective Job Profile: Managing and supervising- NCE Portfolio: + Life Cycle management of NCE portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking + Ensuring FTO of in-house NCEs + Supervising Search and analysis- in NCEs and related competition + Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc. + Performing validity analysis of blocking patents Branded Portfolio: + Life Cycle management of branded portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking + IP support for out-licensing projects + Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc. + Freedom to operate for in-house branded portfolio + Opportunity identification for APIs and formulations + Performing validity analysis of blocking patents Due diligence for in-licensing/out-licensing opportunity: + IP due diligence for technologies and products for in-licensing + IP support for out-licensing projects + Agreement review related to in-licensing/out-licensing opportunity.
