About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Information Lead to lead the development, review, and management of high-quality scientific and medical content while collaborating with global cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, expertise in medical writing, and the ability to interpret scientific evidence to support healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Information Leadership

- Lead the planning, prioritization, and development of therapeutic area (TA) and brand-specific medical content.
- Provide expert guidance on complex medical inquiries from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Analyze Medical Information trends and translate insights into improved content strategies.
- Ensure all medical content is scientifically accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with global standards.
- Support lifecycle planning and execution for pharmaceutical products.

Medical Content Development
- Develop, review, and maintain:
- Standard Response Documents
- Medical FAQs
- Scientific Slide Decks




- Training Materials
- Background Documents
- Medical Communication Resources
- Review medical literature and interpret clinical trial data.
- Collaborate with external medical writers and scientific experts.
- Ensure compliance with global medical information processes and quality standards.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the Medical Information team.
- Manage multiple global projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across medical affairs, regulatory, clinical, and commercial functions.
- Build strong partnerships with global clients and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of Medical Information processes and content management capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in:
- Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Medicine (MD)
- Dentistry (MDS)
- PhD
- Life Sciences or Health Sciences
- 6+ years of Medical Information experience (Mandatory)
- 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
