Overview
Sapphire Info Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead Accounts (UK) to manage a delivery team and ensure high-quality Financial operations for UK-based clients. This role requires strong technical experience in UK accounting standards, leadership excellent client communication skills.

Experience & Education
Experience: 3-5+ years in UK accounting, including managing 4-6 full-time employees
Education: ACCA (Qualified/Part-Qualified) / CA / CA-Inter / M.Com / B.Com.

Key Responsibilities
1-Lead a delivery team of 4-6 members handling bookkeeping, VAT, and year-end accounts
2- Review Financial statements, VAT calculations, and tax packs to ensure quality
3-assurance standards are met ,Manage capacity planning, task allocation, and service level agreements (SLAs)
4-Drive process improvements, automation and adherence to standard
operating procedures (SOPs)
5-Act as the primary point of contact for clients via calls and emails, ensuring clear and professional communication
6-Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and training Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team development

Key Skills & Competencies
1-strong knowledge of UK accounting procedures
2-Hands-on experience with cloud accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent)
3-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills




4- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of achieving delivery targets
5- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
