Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure assigned premises through regular patrols.
- Control access of employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
- Maintain incident reports and daily security logs.
- Ensure compliance with site security procedures and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with management and emergency services whenever required.
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- Retired personnel from the Indian Army or Police Department (Mandatory).
- Robust observation and surveillance skills.
- Good physical fitness and discipline.
- Excellent communication and incident reporting skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
