Position: Kindergarten Teacher

Mini Mavericks is hiring a passionate Kindergarten Teacher who believes in play-based learning, inclusion, and strong foundational development. The Kindergarten Teacher will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for young children.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood curriculum
- Create experiential, play-based learning activities
- Foster social-emotional development using SEL strategies
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture
- Observe, assess, and document student progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership team
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and structured routines
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and curriculum planning

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / NTT / D.El.Ed / B.Ed




- 1–3 years experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or Preschool Teacher
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early years education and experiential learning

Preferred Skills

- Training in Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
- Experience handling diverse learners
- Creative lesson planning and activity design
- Strong parent engagement skills
