Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech (Chemical Engineering or related discipline)

We are looking for a Production Executive to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical production operations, documentation, and process monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure manufacturing processes are carried out in compliance with GMP and SOP requirements.
- Monitor dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, coating, filling, packing, or other production operations (based on product line).
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation accurately.
- Perform line clearance before and after production activities.
- Ensure proper cleaning, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering departments for smooth production operations.
- Monitor process parameters and report deviations immediately.
- Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA, and Change Control activities.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.




- Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with EHS and safety guidelines.
- Support validation, qualification, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
- Experience in Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) documentation.
- Understanding of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of line clearance, deviation handling, CAPA, and Change Control.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Candidate Preference

- Experience in Veterinary Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, API, Injectable, OSD, or Formulation manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in production operations and documentation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as WHO-GMP and Schedule M will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates should possess a positive attitude, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
