Role & responsibilities

- Manage End-to-End Employee On-boarding by coordinating Day 1 experience, Joining Documentation and Lifecycle Support

Execute HR Operational activities including HR Letters, Employee Records Management, Audit Documentation, Policy Compliance and Employee Transactions while ensuring operational excellence.

Handling HRIS queries & Transaction requests from employees, Supporting System Enhancement/UAT Testing.

Support in driving employee engagement Initiatives (R&R;, Skip Connects, Employee Experience Initiatives, etc..)

Prepare & Circulate HR Dashboard, MIS Reports while maintaining HR data Integrity to drive data-based decision making.

Preferred Profile:

Educational Qualification

- Full-time MBA/PGDM/MSW/MMS HR from a reputed Institute / University

Certification in HR Analytics/Power BI, Tableau,



or Advanced Excel would be preferred

Experience

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience

Any (BFSI/FinTech/IT Industry preferred).

Functional Competencies

- Solid competence in MS Office ( esp. Advanced Excel)

Knowledge of any Designing tool such as Canva/ Adobe etc.

Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms (SAP, Oracle HCM, Workday, HONO or Equivalent).

Experience in MIS Reporting & Dashboard Preparation.

Good Understanding of HR Ops, Emp-Lifecycle & HR Documentation.
