Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our design team at Mumbai Location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings and visual concepts for coworking spaces, office interiors, and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities/ Job description:

- Create photorealistic 3D visualizations of coworking spaces, office interiors, and common areas based on design briefs and drawings.
- Candidate should have Revit software experience
- Develop 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for client proposals and internal approvals.
- Interpret 2D drawings, CAD plans, and mood boards to produce accurate visual outputs.
- Apply appropriate materials, lighting, textures, and furniture layouts to reflect the intended design concept.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to refine design visuals.
- Make revisions to renderings based on feedback from design teams or clients.
- Maintain and organize 3D asset libraries including furniture, materials, and textures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or related field.




- 2–5 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser, preferably in commercial interiors or office design.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as:
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Lumion / Enscape
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for interpreting drawings.
- Good understanding of lighting, materials, and composition for realistic renders.
- Experience creating interior walkthroughs or animations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and visualization skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on coworking spaces, corporate offices, or commercial interiors.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or post-production tools for render enhancement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment with multiple projects.
