We are hiring experienced NOC, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Operations, Server Engineering, and SRE professionals to join our team in Bangalore.

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in AWS / Azure, Cloud Operations, NOC, Linux/Windows Server Administration, Network Operations, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform/IAC, and SRE environments.

Available Positions
1. NOC + AWS (Cloud) – AWS / Azure

Experience: 5–8 Years
Positions: 3

Required Skills:

- 5–7 years of experience in NOC, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Operations, or SRE roles.
- Hands-on experience supporting cloud networking in 24×7 operational environments.
- Experience with incident response, escalation, and shift-based operations.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification is preferred.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Advanced Networking Specialty is preferred.

2. NOC Senior Engineer (L3) – Cloud + Kubernetes (EKS)

Experience: 7–10 Years
Positions: 2

Required Skills:

- Advanced operational experience in AWS and Azure multi-cloud environments.
- Expert-level Linux and Windows server administration, troubleshooting, patching, and performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of VPC/VNet architecture, subnets, routing tables, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, security groups/NSGs, and connectivity troubleshooting.




- Operational knowledge of cloud databases such as AWS RDS/Aurora and Azure SQL.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, especially EKS, including node/pod health and workload stability.
- Hands-on experience executing and validating Terraform-based changes and scripted remediations.
- Experience with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Experience handling 24×7 production operations, structured handovers, escalation ownership, and P1/P2 incidents.

3. NOC Server EKS Engineer – AWS / Azure + Linux + Kubernetes + Terraform + NOC + SRE

Experience: 6–8 Years
Positions: 2

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience supporting AWS and/or Azure compute services such as EC2, Azure VMs/VMSS.
- Advanced Linux and Windows server administration, patching, log analysis, service troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes/EKS node and pod issues, crash loops, scaling symptoms, and workload health.
- Experience executing, reviewing, and validating Terraform/IAC changes.
- Working knowledge of VPC/VNet, subnets, routing tables, security groups/NSGs, load balancers, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus.
- Strong ITSM and operations experience using ServiceNow or Jira.
- 6+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, NOC,



SRE, or Infrastructure Support.
- Proven experience handling P1/P2 incidents in 24×7 production environments.
- Experience working with runbooks, escalation matrices, and shift handovers.

4. NOC Network Engineer (L2/L3) – NOC + Azure/AWS

Experience: 5–8 Years
Positions: 1

Required Skills:

- 5–8 years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, or Infrastructure Operations roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud networking in AWS and/or Azure.
- Proven experience handling P1/P2 incidents in 24×7 production environments.
- Experience supporting global customers or platforms in follow-the-sun, multi-time-zone operating models.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve network issues beyond monitoring.
- Experience in root cause identification, incident resolution, and remediation.
- Strong communication, escalation management, and operational discipline.

Common Requirements

- Strong experience working in 24×7 production environments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Solid incident management and escalation handling experience.
- Ability to work with structured handovers and operational runbooks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working 5 days from office at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore.
