Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally ERP.9, accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including voucher entries, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and finalization in Tally ERP.9

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, client invoicing, and payment follow-ups

Oversee GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance, ensuring timely filing and documentation

Coordinate with banks for deposits, withdrawals, loan documentation, and banking-related activities

Prepare audit schedules and support internal/external audits

Supervise accounting documentation,



record maintenance, and compliance filing systems

Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal departments for financial clarifications and documentation

Support month-end and year-end closing processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP.9 and accounting software

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial reporting

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong analytical ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple financial tasks with high accuracy and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

5–6 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles

CA Inter / Intern CA qualification will be preferred

Experience in audit handling, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance management preferred

Knowledge of advanced Excel, financial MIS reporting, and accounting controls is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
