Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads to introduce our services
- Explain digital marketing services (website, SEO, social media, ads) in simple terms
- Follow up with leads and update call status in the system
- Schedule appointments for the sales team




- Maintain a polite and professional tone on every call

Requirements

- Tamil/ Basic spoken English/– confident phone communication
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
- Prior telecalling/BPO experience is a plus but NOT mandatory
- Homemakers, career-break returnees, and freshers are encouraged to apply

Timings: Flexible – 4 to 5 hours/day (morning or afternoon slots available)
