What You Will Do

Own the Product End-to-End

- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered products
- Own the full product lifecycle — ideation build launch iterate
- Translate complex business problems into scalable, AI-first solutions
- Act as the single point of ownership for your product area

Build AI-First Products

- Design and ship products built on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
- Work on prompt design, AI UX, and intelligent workflow architecture
- Collaborate directly with engineers on AI system design and integration
- Ensure AI is the core of the product, not a bolt-on feature

Execute With Speed

- Write sharp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and timely delivery
- Work in a startup execution environment — fast cycles, high ownership

Use Data to Improve

- Define and track success metrics — engagement, accuracy, retention
- Run A/B tests and prompt optimization experiments




- Continuously iterate based on data and user feedback

Collaborate Across Teams

- Work closely with founders, engineers, and designers
- Align product direction with business goals
- Gather user feedback and translate it into product improvements rapidly

What You Must Bring

Product Management (Required)

- 1 – 3 years of hands-on Product Management experience
- Proven track record of building 01 or scaling 1N products
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and driving Agile sprints

AI & GenAI Knowledge (Must-Have — Non-Negotiable)

- Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI workflows
- Working knowledge of:
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- AI Agents and Automation workflows
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs, identify failure modes, and improve accuracy

Technical Acumen (Required)

- Comfortable working alongside engineering teams daily
- Basic to intermediate understanding of:
- REST APIs and backend systems
- Data flows and system architecture
- How AI models are integrated into production

Tools You Should Know

- OpenAI / Anthropic APIs — hands-on experience preferred
- Product tools: Jira, Notion, Figma




- LangChain / LlamaIndex — good to have, not mandatory

Good to Have

- Experience at a startup or high-growth product company
- Exposure to AI SaaS products or platforms
- Understanding of user behaviour in AI-driven products
- Engineering or technical degree background
- Familiarity with vector databases or embedding models
