We’re Hiring – Admin & Customer Experience (CX) Manager

Key Responsibilities

✨ Manage site operations (infrastructure, hospitality, upkeep, branding collaterals)
✨ Ensure smooth customer visit experiences across projects
✨ Oversee head office administration (facilities, vendors, logistics)
✨ Coordinate events, launches, and customer/CP meets
✨ Drive continuous improvements in customer service

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

✅ 8–10 years of experience in Admin/Customer Experience Management
✅ Background in hospitality or real estate admin preferred
✅ Strong execution and people management skills
✅ Experience in handling site experiences and event coordination
