Sales Assistant – Cold Calling

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales team through outbound cold calling and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce the company and its products/services.
- Identify potential leads and understand their requirements.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with potential customers when required.
- Assist with basic sales and administrative tasks related to lead generation.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Organized and able to follow up consistently.
- Basic computer skills.

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is confident, energetic, comfortable making a high volume of calls, and motivated to generate new leads through cold calling.

Pay: ₹26,273.70 - ₹39,410.55 per month
