Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell banking products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, cold calling, digital channels, and customer networking.
- Identify prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and business growth.




- Guide customers through the application process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate quick loan processing and account opening.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up activities using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on banking products, market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to provide informed recommendations.
