Role Summary

As a Special Educator at Insighte, you will be responsible for supporting children with diverse learning needs within a school environment. You will design and implement individualized education strategies, conduct remedial sessions, and collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and internal stakeholders to build inclusive and supportive learning ecosystems.

Remuneration: 25,000-30,000

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and identify children’s learning needs using observations, informal tools, and structured assessments.
- Design, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with inclusive education practices.
- Conduct remedial classes and skill-based sessions focusing on literacy, numeracy, attention, behavior, and communication.
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to suit individual learning requirements.
- Work closely with the assigned Case Manager for the respective school to ensure structured intervention and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with the school SEN team, counsellors, and teachers to support student development.
- Coordinate regularly with parents/caregivers to share progress, provide guidance, and ensure continuity of support.




- Maintain structured documentation including session notes, progress reports, and intervention plans.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and review sessions.
- Support inclusion-focused initiatives, teacher guidance, and classroom strategies where required.

What You Bring

Skills & Expertise

- Strong foundation in special education and inclusive practices.
- Experience in conducting remedial sessions and individualized interventions.
- Understanding of child development, learning difficulties, and classroom adaptations.

- Empathy, patience, and a child-centered approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and school staff.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or Diploma in Special Education or related field.
- RCI Registration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or similar profiles is an added advantage.
