- Make 80–100+ cold calls per day to prospective customers from assigned lead lists and self-sourced research
- Pitch Contractzy's value proposition clearly, handle objections confidently, and qualify leads against ideal customer criteria
- Schedule and conduct product demos (online and occasionally in person) to convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, follow-ups, negotiation, closure, and smooth handover to onboarding
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; keep CRM data accurate and up to date
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Send compelling outreach over email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to support phone-based selling
- Share market feedback, objections, and customer insights with the product and marketing teams
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development — preferably in SaaS, B2B,



or services
- Proven track record of consistent cold calling and hitting sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional Indian languages are a plus
- Solid listening skills — able to understand customer pain points and map them to our solution
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient — you don't take a "no" personally
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Prior experience selling SaaS or subscription products
- Exposure to legal-tech, contract management, or document workflow tools
- Experience selling to founders, legal teams, HR, or procurement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
